OAKS, Justice: Utahs enactment of the Uniform Commercial Code provides that actions for breach of warranty in a contract for the sale of goods must be commenced within four years after delivery of the goods. U.C.A., 1953, § 70A-2-725. The district court relied on that statute in granting summary judgment to bar a purchasers action against a supplier and a manufacturer. We affirm.
